Trustees
The Ice Hockey Players Benevolent Fund
(IHPBF) currently has seven Trustees to administer the fund. The trustees
have been drawn from a cross section of organizations covering different
aspects of British Ice Hockey.
Andy Carson - as a referee he has officiated at the highest level in
this country and has refereed at World Championship level. He also brings
with him his expertise from working in the banking industry.
Andy Collins - instrumental in the creation of the Ice Hockey Players
Association (GB), he has been involved in the sport for well over a decade.
A chartered surveyor by profession.
Ian Cooper - as an ice hockey player he has performed at the top
level of the British game and helped his teams to win virtually every trophy
available during his time with Durham Wasps and Cardiff Devils. Represented
his country 80 times at the World Championships. A former chairman of the
Ice Hockey Players Association (GB).
Annette Petrie - with her husband Allan, she is the driving force
behind the Great Britain Supporters Club.
Stewart Roberts - editor and publisher of The Ice Hockey Annual, he
also writes during the season for various publications.
Rene Ross - has officiated in the game for many years and is
currently a referee in the English Premier League.
Warren Rost - the Rost name has been synonymous with British ice
hockey since before World War 2. Warren has played for Slough Jets for many
years and helps with coaching both the senior and junior teams.
